Emma has worked in Estate Agency for over 15 years in the local area, and is very much part of the community having lived in Chard all her life. She prides herself in customer service and exceeding expectations with a hard working ethos. She brings real family values to our business with compassion and experience helping sellers and buyers every step of the way, she has managed a very successful business for the past 9 years developing and training staff for a large company and brings a caring and personal touch to everything that she does. Outside of work Emma lives with her husband Mark and little boy Kailin and enjoys family time and socialising with her friends.

Born and raised in the Ilminster area Alex is a local lad who offers a wealth of local knowledge complemented by over 10 years estate agency experience ensuring he passes on a professional and personable service to all his clients. His desire is to ensure that fellow local people the clear, honest and fair service that they deserve without the excessive price tag generally associated with estate agency. Alex and wife Lorna are proud parents of three children Roxanne, Elousie and Clayton, they and are very much part of the local community enjoying a very active and enjoyable lifestyle.
Cat Lake-Benson
Lettings Manager
Cat has recently joined the Paul Fenton team as our lettings manager. She has been working in Lettings and Property management for over 20 years and is very experienced in dealing with all aspects of the business. Cat is a member of ARLA which is the UK’S foremost professional body for letting Agents, so you can be sure that your property is in safe hands. Cat has been a tenant and is now a Landlord herself, so she can relate very easily to both and really enjoys helping Landlords to find tenants and tenants to find a new home. When she’s not working, Cat loves singing and recording music, reading, doing crafts and walking in the beautiful Somerset Countryside.
Kirsty Fenton

Kirsty is a valued member of our estate agency team providing a creative flair which you may have noticed through her attractive window displays. Having worked in customer services for a number of years she is a true people person often exceeding clients expectations though her caring and considerate manner. In her spare time she is a proud mum to twins Ben and Lauren and is actively involved with their schooling and hobbies.
Paul Fenton DipFS CeMAP
Paul has been in the Mortgage Industry more than 30 years and specialises in residential and commercial mortgages, offering a professional first class service. Paul lives in Chard with his wife and teenage twins, he is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time on the golf course as well as supporting Chard rugby club.
Jason Behan CeMAP
Jason has worked with Paul since 1996 and has always lived in the Chard area. Jason is well known in the local community through his local football connections and is currently the assistant manager at Chard Town Football Club.
Louise Staple
Louise provides a wealth of financial services experience with over 20 years in the industry, 12 of these at Paul Fenton Financial Services. Louise, husband and 2 children live in Taunton, and enjoys running/keeping fit at the end of a long hard working week.
Tracey Hounsell
Office manager Tracey brings 8 years experience running the front office and keeping clients fully up to date at all times. Tracey enjoys nothing more than a long summers walk with her dog Maddie and spending priceless time with her niece Emily.
